The Ainer & Fraker Professional Advisors’ Network (AFPAN) is designed for those clients who deal with (or would like to deal with) high net-worth clients, and would like to learn more about the various needs of these affluent clients.

Each Advisor will get something different out of their AFPAN membership, but we have listed some of the benefits that many can expect:

Financial Advisors

Affluent Investors have different needs and requirements than the non-affluent. Tax minimization, asset protection, estate & trust needs, charitable planning, multi-generational trusts – each of these concepts must be familiar territory for those working with the affluent.

AFPAN provides seminars, articles and newsletters specifically tailored for the financial advisor and their clients.

Emphasis is always placed on how to attract affluent clients through creative, and collaborative, problem-solving techniques.

Life Insurance Professionals

The most highly successful life insurance professionals in the industry recognize that – when dealing with affluent clients – it is critical that you focus on meeting specific needs of the client.

Life insurance lends itself as an excellent solution to a number of estate planning, tax and

Ainer & Fraker, L.L.P., has been approved as a provider of Continuing Education (CE) by the California Department of Insurance. When you attend our seminars, not only will you be learning valuable techniques to increase your bottom line, you will be fulfilling your CE requirements at the same time.

CPA’s and Tax Preparers

Solving the tax and estate planning needs of affluent clients requires close collaboration between their attorneys and accountants.

We offer several programs to enhance your professional education in areas such as philanthropy, generation skipping issues, and other issues common to larger estates.

One of our most popular programs is a monthly “brown-bag” study group, comprised of accountants, attorneys and financial advisors. We will review case studies of larger estates ($5+ million), and explore a collaborative approach to meeting client needs.

Real Estate Professionals

In Silicon Valley – and most of California – the largest share of affluent clients’ wealth often comes from real estate.

Issues such as estate planning, correct tilting on deeds, taxation of real estate transactions, 1031 exchanges – each of these involve both specialized real estate and legal knowledge.

We provide seminars and educational classrooms for real estate agents, mortgage planners, title officers, and other real estate professionals. We help educate you on these important issues, to help you save your clients time and money when structuring their real estate transactions.

Property/Casualty Insurance Professionals

Many clients wish to protect their assets from loss due to injury or lawsuit. There is a close relationship between property/casualty insurance and asset protection.

We provide seminars, newsletters and articles that you can give to clients that will educate them on asset protection – and help to increase your book of business as well.
